MIT’s Project NANDA reported in July 2025 that around 95% of enterprise GenAI pilotsfailed to deliver measurable value. The report stated that most failures resulted from misaligned tasks or poor organizational integration. In other words, it’s the execution that’s the problem rather than the technology.

This has prompted C-level leaders to scrutinize spending, and we’re now being asked what it will take to avoid the 95% and produce results that healthcare teams and patients can trust.
